The Town House is a luxury apart-hotel with self catering facilities within a serviced hotel style environment. If you want the freedom and space to do your own thing but the option to charge meals to your room then The Town House is ideal. We have a prime seafront location in the heart of Douglas, just a short walk to the majority of finance sector businesses and backing onto the main shopping street.
If you arrive out of normal business hours (8-5) please confim an arrival time so that we can make sure the Duty manager is on hand to meet you. Also if booking on day of arrival please phone to confirm booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation<br />You must notify Town House in writing of a cancellation to your reservation. For reservations made for a rental period of below one month: If you cancel the reservation more than 48 hours before the date that you were scheduled to arrive every effort will be made to re-let the suite booked in which case no charge will be made however if we are unable to re-let the suite, for stays of 1-6 days you will be charged a sum equivalent to one night's accommodation, for stays of 7days or more you will be charged a maximum of 3 nights accommodation ; or If you cancel the reservation less than 48 hours before the date that you were scheduled to arrive or if you do not stay for the full rental period, or you fail to arrive for a reservation, you will be charged a sum equivalent to the lesser of (1) the rental charge or (2) if the accommodation can be re-let (for part or all the rental period) a sum equivalent to the un-let proportion of the rental period plus an administration charge of £20 (plus VAT). For reservations made for a rental period of one month or above: If you cancel the reservation more than 48 hours before the date that you were scheduled to arrive you will be charged a sum equivalent to (1) seven night's accommodation or (2) if the accommodation can be re-let (for part or all the rental period) a sum equivalent to the un-let proportion of the rental period plus an administration charge of £20 (plus VAT) subject to a maximum of seven nights; or If you cancel the reservation less than 48 hours before the date that you were scheduled to arrive or if you do not stay for the full period, you will be charged a sum equivalent to the lesser of (1) the charge or (2) if the accommodation can be re-let (for part or all the rental period) a sum equivalent to the un-let proportion of the rental period plus an administration charge of £20 (plus VAT). If any payment is not made by you on the due date, Town House shall be entitled, without limiting any other rights it may have, to charge interest on the outstanding amount (both before and after any judgment) at the rate of 6% above the base rate from time to time of Barclays Bank plc from the due date until the outstanding amount is paid in full.<br />

Easily the best place to stay in Douglas . Attention to detail. Excellent welcome . Immaculate. 5 minutes walk to The Business District. Highly recommended .

The town House is a beautiful place to stay families and children are very welcome. I went with my husband and three children, there was ample room in our one bedroom suite, it had its own dining and living area and also a separate kitchen area. the only downside to our stay was that the place is so brightly decorated that I had to make sure the kids didn't leave their marks any were as kids do? I also worried about bringing sand back from the beech all over the carpeted area. Although the management did not have any complaints I feel that its not very suitable for staying with kids

The Town House is a beautifully renovated boutique style hotel/apartment. Our suite had a spectacular sea view and the quality of the fittings and furnishings was very high. There was a personal touch to the decor and apparently each of the 6 suites are individually designed. The service was attentive but unobtrusive and it offered good value for money. This hotel is perfect for business or pleasure and is a super alternative to the more traditional accomodation offered on the rest of the island. I would highly recommend this hotel and I am not easily pleased!
