The whole family were delighted with our stay. The owners were pleasant and accommodating and the room was warm, quite spacious given there were 4 of us and very comfortable. We will definately stay again amd would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay within walking distance of Keswick. |

What a gorgeous little place The Babbling Brook is! As frequent users of Laterooms we often find ourselves saying, It was o.k. but I wouldn't go back. The B.B. however is definitely on our favourites list! We were warmly welcomed by Angela and Paul who make you feel instantly at ease and at home. Our beautifully presented room was warm and cosy on what was probably the coldest night of the year. As for cleanliness we can only say it was immaculate. We both look forward to going back. |

we arrived quite late and greeted very warmly by Angie. The room was lovely, warm and very cosy. We had an extremely comfortable night, the house was very clean, very modern and very pleasant. Breakfast was available for a whole hour, so there was no rush. There was a good choice of breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed the full english! Unfortunately due to work comittments we were only able to stay the one night, but we would have been more than happy to stay longer. We have already recommended the Babbling Brook to our family and friends. |

The minute we arrived at the Babbling Brook, we were immediately made to feel welcome by Paul and Angie who were so friendly and couldnt do enough for us throughout our stay. The room was very cosy and warm and the bed was one of the comfiest i have ever slept in. Our En suite was ample for what was required and in a very clean condition. Breakfast offers a choice of cereal, fruit & toast followed by a lovely full english which more than set us up for the days hike. |
