Directions to Llecyn
Follow the A55 west along the North Wales coast. Just before Bangor there is a large white on brown tourism sign which indicates you are approaching the slip road for Llanberis (Junction 11). At the top of the slip road turn left onto the A5 and continue to a roundabout (100 mtrs), turn right onto the A4244, this road is marked in green on the map. Llanberis is less than fifteen minutes from this point. The entrance to a Burger king and Esso petrol station are on the right just after the turn off. Continue along this road for about two miles passing through the village of Pentir before turning left at the next roundabout. Continue again for about two miles, passing a petrol station on the left hand side close to the top of a small hill. Continue down the hill to reach a T junction. At this junction Llanberis village is signposted 1 mile to the left on the A4086. Turn off the A4086 onto the Llanberis high street and within a few hundred yards on the right hand side you will pass the turning for a small private cul-de-sac called Coed-y-Glyn. Immediatly after this on the right you will see a light green B&B sign and gateway to the large car park area and driveway entrance to the accommodation.

Really friendly reception and hospitality - good parking, homely welcome and a great place to access Snowdon (for walkers or runners!!!). Good breakfast and advice on local area terrain. If need to eat out in the evening things seem a bit limited in the village |

Small b&b - no real complaints but they could do with sorting out the creaky floorboards. Situated behind the Alpine Lodge it is not easily found especially as sat nav takes you into the next strret. |
