The accommodation was clean and although the rooms were fairly small were perfectly adequate for a place to rest your head, there was a seating areas outside my room which was pleasant. The friendly pub with beer garden (and where you have your breakfast) was across the car park. The food looked nice - although we didn't eat here as we were at a wedding reception. The setting was very pituresque within a lovely village, with a large church behind the accommodation.

The Mildmay is situated in a lovely setting; surrounded by typical Devon countryside. The coast is not that far away too. We attended a party here and the food was excellent.
