N4U Guest House is a Charming Bed and Breakfast situated in the heart of Florence, one-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, right in the most important art and shopping area (Bargello, Uffizi Gallery).
All the Rooms, have Air Conditioning and Private Baths( EnSuite/OffSuite) equipped with rain effect system showers, warmer towels, maquillage magnifying mirror and hairdryer. All the Rooms with external views by the Historical Center of Town.
In all Rooms Free of Charge Set Coffee, Tea Facility.
N4U is not a hotel. Each room is a splendid part of a house that still has its original ceilings and floor decorated with paintings from the era. The magnificent chandeliers from different origins and periods belong to the owner’s private collection and are used light all the rooms and common areas.
Staying at N4U means that you are the type of person who wants to be surrounded by beautiful things……even when travelling.
Wellness Center( for charge and by appointment ) is not in the Guest House but at 300 mts walking distance .

    Even though my husband and I were very pleased with our room and the location of the accommodation, we were very disappointed that it was not advises that N4U Guest house were situated on the fourth floor of the building and there was no elevator to the accommodation. Potential customers should be made aware of this in the advertising as trying to carry heavy luggage up four flights of stairs is not fun! Also the bathrooms are not as ensuites but separate rooms down the hall...........so given that we had stayed in better accommodation for the same price or a bit less it was not really value for money.

    The BnB was amazing, it was right in the heart of Florence and the service was fantastic, we were made to feel very welcome and the House keeper was very freindly and spoke fantastic english! The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. Overall i was extremely impressed and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence!

    Excellent location to visit all main sights in Florence. A bit confusing to get there as the area is a restricted traffic zone. Easy parking in the vicinity of the hotel. Due to the central location, it can get quite noisy at night. No elevator for older or handicapped guests.

    The rooms were beuatifully decorated, the bathrooms (especially showers) were lovely, and the location is second to none. Would definitely stay here again.
