We are a small Hotel with 10 standard rooms close to sea front and all amenaties,Decorated to a high standard
Tram and Bus stops within a 1 minute walk ,We have Hair Dryers And Ironing Boards on Request ,come as a Guest and leave as a friend.

The hotel was fine, we could not fault the hosptiality and helpfulness of Tony. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Keep up the good work.

Friendly welcome - even for two very tired children! Room was fine and breakfasts were great. Very close to promenade and easy walking distance to both the Tower and Pleasure Beach and piers.

Tony was very welcoming and really helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and really nice, as much as we could eat and drink. The beds were comfortable and again coffee, tea and biscuits freely available in the room
For the price this was a great value place to stay in Blackpool. Would recommend

Quaint hotel very close to seafront.
Room 9 (where we stayed)...very small and basic....reflected in price.
Breakfast on both mornings superb !!!
Proprieter extremely nice and chatty.
All in All.....not a bad weekend...shame about weather.
