Very clean and the owners could not do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Well located for an easy walk into Stamford.

This is the perfect combination - professional and friendly. The accommodation is better than you would get in many hotels and the personal hospitality and friendly service made the stay very enjoyable. I would throughly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Fantastic Hotel with beautiful gardens, room lovely, Staff fabulous. Only one small detail, there was hardly any milk in the fridge! Very minor complaint in comparison

EXCELLENT AGAIN. This is the second time I have stayed at Rock Lodge and I am pleased to report that the standards have not dropped. I cannot understand the anonymous review who did not like the number of locks or the breakfast! Security is excellent. Hence the number of locks plus the closed circuit T.V. in the car park. The breakfast is always well presented with generous portions and I am sure the guest could have had extra mushrooms if he had asked! I would recommend Rock Lodge to anyone and I am sure they will not be disappointed.

I wouldn't usually leave a comment, but I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. The manager was surly on arrival and during my stay. When paying £80 for B&B I expected much high standards, there seemed to be locks for everything - not easy when carrying bags suit etc. , the coffee served at breakfast was the weakest I've ever seen, half a mushroom on a miserly breakfast, and tacky signs everywhere. I would certainly not recommend staying here.
