Many amenities such as lights, TV remote control, balcony door are out of order. But staff are very polite and helpful, particularly in getting room changed. For budget travellers who do not mind about quality deficiency, the hotel can be a try. But not for those who look for a comfortable standard. |

El servicio no es muy bueno. Se encontraba en reformas por nueva gerencia , pero estaba aceptablemente bien y el precio era inmejorable. |

This is definitely one of the worst and scariest hotels I've ever stayed in. First of all it is far from Lisbon which is very unpractical if you want to visit the city. Second, the hotel in general looks like if it came out of a scary movie; rooms are dirty, nothing seemed to work in the room, we found cigarrette buds in the toilet and a broken toilet seat, a room was unable to be opened, another was still dirty when they gave it to us. They had to change all of our rooms because none of the other rooms were in any shape to be given. |
