    Hotel is situated out of town on a bust cross roads. my first flool room was far too cramped and caught the noise of passing traffic during the night. I booked during a busy week in Brussels and It the hotel was a very expensive Hobsons Choice!

    There were areas of the hotel that had a strange and unpleasant smell (in the bar particularly). A vacum cleaner was left in the middle of the corridor to our rooms and was polugged in with the cable trailing across the floor on the opposite side. In general the customer service was very poosr and the staff seemed a bit arrogant and no-one smiled at all!!!!!
