The Marlborough Guest House offers 7 letting bedrooms, for singles, couples or families.It is situated 200 m from the seafront and its sandy beach, in the centre of Great Yarmouth. We offer bed and breakfast ,with evening meals available if required. It is an easy walk across the park to the town centre and in close proximity of many attractions , such as the pleasure beach,museums, sea-life centre,horse racing, greyhound racing, clubs, pubs and piers. The Norfolk broads are nearby for boating, fishing or a fun day out, with several animal parks and historical places to visit a pleasant break is awaiting. Parking is by permit, free of charge for the duration of your stay. The Guest house has

Really lovely hotel. Very clean and a nice atmosphere. As has been mentioned before rooms are small, no problem to us and the price reflects this. We had a family room and had a good nights sleep. There are lots of ornaments and yet not a speck of dust !
Very friendly owners who were happy to accommodate children's requests at breakfast. Over all excellent value for money
would recommend 100%

Great little hotel - good location, room was a bit cramped with an extra single bed - but excellent breakfast and great value for money and I'd stay there again.
