There are great resturants in and around the bay, we can always recommend a good Steakhouse/ Fish resturant.

From Penn Inn Roundabout (from the A380) follow signs to Torquay, A3022. You will come to Torre Train Station and Halfords on the Right hand side, sign for Seafront. Turn down this road. This is Avenue Road and we are the 5th house on the Left Hand Side, with a large blue sign "Clovelly Guest House" M5 approx 15miins drive 2 mins walk from Torre Train Station, 10 mins walk from coach station 2 mins walk from local bus stop 1 hr 30mins drive from Bristol Airport 45mins drive to Exeter Airport 1hr 15 mins to Plymouth Airport.

I thought the price/verses value was extremely good. I was warmly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble(at the time I was on crutches).I was impressed by the friendliness. And enjoyed the quality of the breakfast in the morning. My lasting impression is that I know the owner's name (Gill). This would never happen in a hotel.The room was large and clean and was more then what I was expecting for the ammount i paid for my stay. Thanks Gill for a lovely stay.

Gill the owner is really welcoming and for value I thought it was very good. Very good breakfast, everything functional worked fine like shower, tv, bed comfy etc.
