Hotel looks incredible on pictures, even on hotel's own website. When we entered the room, I could not believe its size, and this was the standard room, not the cheapest choice. This has to be the smallest room I ever stayed in, but they even managed to fit in an en-suite (which is a bonus). Shower was right in the middle of the room, not in the en-suite, which I found odd, but was a nice, modern shower. Negatives: room too small and not clean. We found hair on the sink and on top of bed and lots of dust on bedside tables and TV unit, which also had a compartment for tea/coffee, bathroom stuff and towels. We didn't have a single drink from that room. Shame, cause if clean, it wouldn't have been that bad. Positives: location is great, close to the main shops, amenities, u can walk anywhere from here. |

Very interesting accommodation, well placed, lively area, lots of stairs and some rooms have bathrooms on different landings. We upgraded and had a bath in the bedroom! and a toilet in a cupboard. We were greeted promptly and given local guidance, 5 mins walk from main shops and local area has lots of charity shops and restaurants which were good value. Cafe Bella offers 10% discount to Pink Pavillion customers. |

This guest house was in a great location - only about 2 minutes walk to the beach and the peir, and only about 5 minute walk to the Royal Pavillion and the Laines. Our room had a nice shower in the room, with an ensuite toilet, so definately best for couples. Nice TV with choice of DVDs. Good to have a nice sellection of toiletries, tea and coffee facilities hair drier etc. It has clearly recently been refurbished with nice modern bed, bathroom, blinds, lamps, plush cushions etc.. However it has not been fitted to the highest standards - a few gaps arround the edges of skirting boards, holes in the plaster etc.. Overall we thought it was a great spot for a weekend break. |

Lovely little guesthouse -it is not a B&B as breakfast isn't included - though they have an agreement with a cafe down the road that does a marvellous breakfast. |
