Busy town centre hotel, linked to popular bar. Great if that's what you want, not so good if you're after a quieter time.

I was first given a twin room when it was for MR & MRS however they were very good and changed us to the top floor of the hotel.
Please note anyone with problem getting upstairs this hotel is not suitable as there are no lifts also I had to carry my heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs which was not good for me. Assistance was offered but i declined as it was another female and I thought it was unfair.
The hotel seemed to be short of staff as for breakfast there was noone around ....
The room was lovely but freezing , as someone had turned the radiator off and when they serviced the room they did not check the room.
Also the hairdryer did not work , so asked for a replacment.
Overall the hotel was ok but not for me. Substandard I dont think I would go there again.

Everything was fine except for the noise of the kitchen fans. My room, 10, had the extract fans outside the window. They went off spot on 10.30. Otherwise a nice room and extremely clean.
