A late booking overnight business stay and a real find. Quality of both room and food was very good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will stay again. |

Right here goes! There was nobody in reception tried ringing the number nobody answered it was 10 mins before anyone came, the bath was tiny and the shower only came up to my chest I am only 5”10!!! the pillow smelt of smoke, the biscuits nearly broke my teeth the TV was tiny and wasn’t adjustable it was totally in the wrong place, Lights at both sides of the bed didn’t work, No light above dressing table i was in the dark getting ready and my wife couldn’t see to put her makeup on, window catch was broken. Now Breakfast!!!! One word “Tight” only got 5 triangles of toast between two of us, eggs were over cooked they had a brown skin on one side only half a tomato and two very small sausages I am not a large person but I could have eaten two breakfasts also orange juice tasted like diluted cordial wasn’t fresh, all in all a very disappointing hotel for the price I wouldn’t be happy paying £60 pounds a night at this place let alone £120 -£150 would never stay there again this is all my own honest opinion but hay try it yourself. |

The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good and choice was very varied. Just a comment that value would be borderline above the £75/night rate. |
