Terms & Conditions<br />All bookings will be confirmed by email (in writing, time permitting), and guaranteed with a non refundable credit card deposit of £50. Check in available from 3.00pm until 9.00pm. Please advise us if check in is likely to be after 6.00pm. We would request you vacate your room before 11.00 am to allow us to service the room for new arrivals. Failure to do so may result in an extra day’s accommodation charge. Weekend guests (Friday/Saturday) are requested to take Dinner at least one night. We have a non-smoking policy throughout the hotel. Evening meals are available for children between 5.30pm and 6.30pm. We would prefer children under 8 years old not to dine in the main restaurant.<br />We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Dinham Hall. A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Any Confirmed reservations cancelled prior to the arrival date, may be subject to a full cancellation charge. Where the accommodation has been resold this cost will be waived. Dinham Hall reserves the right to alter all tariffs, menus and services (which are all subject to availability) without prior notification.<br />
