In a word, superb. From check in to check out, it was excellent. I stayed with my 12 year old son and it was 1st Class from start to finish. An unobtrusive welcome and a relaxed check out. If you don't enjoy the breakfast, you must be a food critic!!A++++ in every way. Thanks. (p.s. Only 20 minutes from Alton Towers, unless you get cocky like me and try to take an unmapped shortcut......).
