the room was very basic and small the only space availble for the tv was an arm suspended above head height the room was separated from next door by a locked door. our neighbours were quiet but if they had used their tv we would have been disturbed. the room did not compare well with e.g. travelodge.BUT the breakfast was exellent |

The term "Executive" is stretching things a bit, as this is not a luxurious hotel. Furnishings are cheap flat-pack, rooms are clumsily divided from their original configuration when the hotel was 4 houses, sound insulation is extremely poor (I could hear the person in the room above me coughing through the night, and the cheap, light room door meant I could hear everyone clumping along the corridor as if there was no door on at all!). The single-glazed sash windows, net curtains, refilled bottles of shampoo and small portable TV mounted on a wall bracket reminded me of a B&B. There was also a smell of dampness in the room, and the radiator pipes knockedf and gurgled. On balance however, the room and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bed linen was tired however, and was 'bobbly' through over-use. For the money I paid (under £50), the hotel was adequate as a stop-over for the airport and provided excellent value for the price. I would add, that the surrounding location with limited options for dining (only fast-food and takeaway), and the lack of a restaurant in the hotel (apart from the breakfast room) would mean that a longer stay would have been unsatisfactory. |

This hotel was great for the money. Very comfortable, clean and modern. The breakfast choices were excellent as they had pretty much anything you wanted. The only thing we would say is that the room was compact, but had everything you needed. It was really handy having a mini fridge in the room which you could stock with your own stuff. |
