    Ask for the safe key on arrival to avoid having to run down the stairs again.
    The hotel scooter was a brilliant way to see the lagoon at Albufera 15km away, via the beach at El Saler. The staff say you don't even need a motorbike licence if you are over 21 and have been driving more than 3 years.
