Follow the motorway signposts for Blackpool South. At the End of the motorway take 2nd left at the roundabout (Preston New Road) and follow it for approx 2 miles. At 2nd set of traffic lights indicate left, but pull into right hand lane( Oxford Square merging with Waterloo Road) and keep straight ahead. at 4th Set of traffic lights turn right onto the Promenade and the Tudor Rose is directly on the right hand side of the road.

I would highly recommend the Tudor Rose to everyone. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a good one.
