The Hotel Express By Holiday Inn Girona its only 3 km from Girona centre (bus stop to the city near the hotel), and only few minutes from Girona’s Airport.
The Hotel is surrounded by the Girona´s Exhibition & Fair centre,Salt Theatre and the Concert Hall "La Mirona" where most international events take places. The commercial centre "Espai Girones" offers to our guests a great selection of stores and leisure activities.
The hotel has 93 modern rooms with television via satellite (flat screen) high speed internet connection, WIFI connectivity in the meeting room and public area. Handicapped rooms available and a free on-site outdoor parking is available for our guests. One Meeting Room, with daylight, up to 25 people, our Family policy allows the accommodation of two adults plus two children (using sofa bed with no extra cost)

    Very helpful staff on the reception. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, but they were happy to check us in. The staff also realised that we had two young children, so arranged to go & make up the sofa bed, before we went to our room. The breakfast was good. Plenty of choice for a typical continental style breakfast. My 6 year old had so much chocolate for breakfast, he will remember that breakfast for a long time! I would recommend this hotel without a doubt. Surrounding facilities include restaurants & shops, but we used it as a base for visits to Gerona & Barcelona.

    El hotel está muy bien ubicado para los que quieran principalmente dormir en la ciudad de Girona. Esta al lado de la autopista, lo que facilita salir y entrar en la ciudad además de que está justo al lado del Espai Girones que es un centro comercial grande. Me gustó muchisimo el hotel, tanto que tuve que volver a la ciudad y me quedé ahi de nuevo. Muy buena atención al cliente!

    The room was as you would expect from a budget hotel for an airport stopover type hotel. Clean and comfortable room. only down side was the noise from outside the hotel from people going to the resturants etc and breakfast was basic. Overall good value for money.

    hotel was great breakfast basic but not too exciting great spanish restaurant in shopping mall next door though.We were not booked in on return stay though so we were lucky to still get a room.
