Travelling from Exeter direction on the A380 , on the outskirts of Torquay follow the road signs for the Seafront and Riviera Centre. At the Sea Front turn left at the traffic lights and progress along the sea front for 200 metres then turn immediate left at the next set of lights up Belgrave Road. Progress approximately 300 metres then you will see Scarborough Road which is the first road on the right hand side.

Brooklands is situated in centre of Torquay, with easy access to the beach and shops. The owners of the guest house are very friendly and made us welcome. The rooms are comfortable with homely environment. Well catered for special dietary needs such as vegan and vegeterians. My husband and I really enjoys our stay at the Brooklands and have booked to stay there in September. For us the service was of a 5* rating. Chandrika and Dilip

We really enjoyed our stay at Brooklands. Great breakfast, lots of choice and plenty of it! Order taken then night before so service was quick. Owners really friendly. It was our first visit to Torquay and they gave us plenty of tips on where to go and how to get there. Decent size rooms, clean and comfortable.
