The hotel had not received the on-line booking from laterooms but we had a computer print out of booking and this computer glitch was sorted out by the reception staff most efficiently. All staff friendly and welcoming.
The advantage of an hotel offering a 'suite' rather than an ordinary hotel facility was that the kitchenette enabled us to have lunch or a late night snack as and when we chose. The sofa meant we could relax in comfort to watch tv/read.

Great location, brand new so some teething difficulties. First room allocated was facing on to car park so would have benefited from voile blind in addition to curtains. Heating didn't work. Second room was better with great view and large windows. Neither had heated rails in shower room so nowhere to dry towels. One bed would be more spacious with better views. Contemporary decor, great shower, bed and TV. Small amount of noise, and draughts through gaps under doors. Some noise currently from building work next door. No room service Frid-Sun which was unexpected. Comfortable, with use of Coffee machine out with breakfast time. Small pantry store for essentials. After work reception held only Mon-Thursday to suit business guests. Very close to Albert dock and Echo arena so didn't use the car all weekend. Quiet location late evening although bars etc only 2 mins walk away. Easy to reach using M6/M62.

An excellent option to full service hotels. Staff extremely helpful. Location on the waterfront excellent. Definitely worth a return visit

Very handy for the Albert Dock and Echo Arena. A very good welcome from the receptionists who were helpful and cheerful throughout our stay. We stayed in a very well equipped studio. The bed was very comfortable although the bed-settee was rather hard to sit on. The studio apartment was peaceful and the continental breakfast even included bacon. Our room faced onto the carpark, but that didn't worry us and we weren't troubled by noise. We've already booked our return visit.

Cracking room in a good location. Very comfortable bed. Would stay there again.
