The representation of the room booked on the website was fairly far removed from what was actually offered on the night. THe most annoying being that a non smoking room was requested - and the room allocated was clearly a smoking room where the bed and sheets also had the stained smell of smoke. I have lost confidence in this company and infact this location for me to stay there again. |

A very nice place, right in the centre of London, very close to many lovely places around the Tower Bridge. Lovely area. Nice building and convenient parking. Would definitely stay here again. |

well placed and easy to get to. Difficult to get into as security gate requires code not forwarded in initial booking confirmation. Good size rooms and facilities but towels an dbedding could be better. More towels and bettre quality bedding. No iron in the room either which is essential for business travel. I would stay again as the location is good and the price is reasonable for the area. |

Not as good as other apartments which are newer, cleaner and have better facilities for the same if not cheaper prices. |
