In Bruges, next to the city centre, in the middle of a new green park, you will find the Apollo Arthotel Brugge.
Both for the demanding business or leisure traveler the ideal location to visit the ‘Cultural Capital 2002’.
You are staying in the immediate vicinity of the medieval ramparts and city gates.
By car you are within 5 minutes in the ‘Venice of the North’, with its numerous historical curiosities, typical shops and delicious restaurants.
Our restaurant annex bar “Ter Poele” surprises you with delicious French cuisine.
You can have a cosy à la carte dinner, order a light meal or just have a tasty apéretif before going into town. In summer time we will gladly serve you on our terrace.
The hotel opened in 2002 and has 118 standard rooms and 2 junior suites.
Every guest has free use of our sauna (co-ed) and fitness facilities. There is a free WIFI connection troughout the complete hotel.

During check-in, the hotel will take a copy of your credit card. If you don't have a credit card, prepayment of the full stay will be asked + a deposit of EUR 50,00 per night.
If you have made a booking with non-refundable conditions, a deposit of EURO 50,00 per night or a credit card guarantee for the deposit will be asked at the check-in.

From direction Brussel / Antwerpen / Gent via E40 direction Oostende - Take exit 8 direction Brugge / Zeebrugge / Blankenberge (N31/E403) - Follow the N31/E403 direction Brugge / Zeebrugge / Blankenberge - After 8 km (you will pass quite some traffic lights) you reach double traffic lights. Go straight on and take the first exit in the direction of Oostende / De Haan / Brugge-St.-Pieters (N9). - Follow the N9, direction St.-Pieters, after 2 km you reach a roundabout where you take the first exit, direction Brugge-Centre. - After 50 m at the traffic lights before the bridge, turn left. - Take the 3rd road to the left. - After 500 m you reach a roundabout where you take the 2nd exit (Ter Poele) and cross the railway. - After 100 m you will find the hotel on your left-hand side

    This hotel is too far to walk to. We also found it very hard to find. If we'd have taken a taxi to the hotel when we set off walking, we'd have had a much better oppinion of the place. They offer a 7 euro each way discounted taxi service which is fine, but you should really budget taxi's into the low cost of the hotel. It's nice when you get there though. If you want to be right there in the thick of it, I'd recomend a hotel close to the square. It's only 5 minutes in a taxi though.

    Although the staff were friendly enough...the hotel is a bit too far out of town. Also, the bar was closed most days until 5pm. For a 4 star hotel it was missing some basic amenities.
