not sure why they do not provide internet free or at more reasonable rate.
we had two children but the second bed was a bit small for two kids.

This staff at this hotel were very helpful and the room was nice. We found the location wasn't central enough to tourist attractions so we ate in the hotel but found it was quite expensive. We also found the charges to park in the car park and to stay in the hotel were dear considering breakfast was not included.

Booking from Late rooms did not match. Had rec'd confirmation of family room, but Novatel only had it down as a doule room. Despite this Novatel re-arranged the room.
Food was excellent albeit a little expensive.
At times there was an absence of staff, especially in the bar area and whilst I do not speak Spanish, the barmaid could not understand a word of English. Severl other UK residents got frustrated at this.
Considering the hotel was near the major ringroad to the airport the rooms were very well soundproofed.
The swimming pool are sunarea were very welcoming.
