Our apartments offer luxurious accommodation in a prime location in Newcastle's Quayside area. The Hanover Mill building fuses an old style Victorian building with a brand new development, creating 174 quality apartments. We are pleased to offer our guests spacious and sumptuously decorated accommodation, including state of the art kitchens and bathrooms, lavish living spaces some with private balconies and river views. Guests are ideally situated, within 5 minutes walk from a large choice of restaurants and hospitality venues. Local landmarks such as the Sage, Baltic art gallery, Centre for Life and the Metro Radio Arena, are within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. For local travel the nearest train and metro station is the Central Station, located behind the apartment building.

By Road : From North - take A1 to Newcastle, take A695 signposted for City Centre. At roundabout take right down Railway street , this will bring you onto Forth Bank. Follow the road down passed the Waterside Palace restaurant on your left hand side. You are now on the B1600, Hanover Mill is situated on the corner, opposite Copthorne Hotel and BT buildings. From South - take A1 to Newcastle, passed Washington Services, following the signs for Gateshead City Centre. Take the A184 slip road which becomes A189, this will bring you over the Redheugh Bridge, take first left, following the B1600 signs to the Quayside. If travelling by air : Newcastle Airport is located 20 minutes by car. If travelling by public transport : Newcastle Central Station (housing both train and metro travel) is located 10 minutes walk behind the apartment building. Taxis can be picked up outside the Central Station.

Apartment very nicely furnished, all clean and tidy, and warm. A very comfortable stay.

Clean and quiet but I really didn't like the decor. No river view so if that makes a difference you would need to request one. Location (quite out of the way) a bit daunting for a single female traveller. Overpriced for what it is.

As my previous stay here, The room is in a great locaton, the room is superb, buch more relaxing that a hotel room, more informal. However, despite being told on my previous vist that Wifi/broadband was being put in, (2 weeks ago) still not in place, which is a fundamental requirement for the business market. The lady on call, was very apologetic, and offered incentives to saty again, I was agian, having to find a hotel with this in place to complete my work!

This is so much better than a hotel. We had a whole luxurious 2 double bedroomed apartment with living, dining and kitchen areas. The facilities included cooker, washing machine, iron, flatscreen TV, sky TV, wireless broadband router. It was like a home from home and we will definitely be using week2week again. The services ffrom the company was also excellent, with excellent communication to ensure that the rooms were set how we liked and asking if we needed secure parking. I received a phone call on exiting the train to arrange for someone to meet us at the apartment with the keys and show us how everything worked. We would have paid the same prioce for a mid range hotel where here we had better than 5* whilst havinga shared living area to relax and iteract, rather than knocking on each others rooms in a hotel, phoning or texting.
