The whole hotel was freezing cold. Staff were unfriendly and off-hand. There was a sign advertising the room I had for £75-£95 whereas I had paid £105 for the double. We had difficulty sleeping due to the cold. Half of the electric switches and lights did not work. Difficult to run hot water sufficiently to have a bath. |
