    The hotel is not four star, its very tired looking but you can see it would have been four star a few years ago. However, the staff were excellent and could not help you enough. Our arrival was warm and friendly, and the staff continued to be courteous and helpful throughout our stay.
    Check out Churchills adjacent to the hotel - great cocktails in lovely surroundings and great staff.
    The hotel is in a great location with great staff and overall I would say it was good value for money.

    For the money it was a nice hotel.
    I am not sure it would live up to a current 4 star rating with the fixtures and fittings being a little tired.
    Also the pool was very small. I managed 6 lengths underwater (seriously!).
    The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help.
    Good location and handy for all the things you want to do in Marrakesh.
