Liverpool City Centre Apartments at Henry Street offer guests high quality serviced apartment accommodation in a modern and award winning development at the heart of Liverpool City Centre. They are located moments from all that the city has to offer including restaurants, bars, and night life around Concert Square and the Ropewalks, shopping on Church Street and Bold Street, and the soon to be opened and hotly anticipated Paradise Street development, along with the grade one listed Albert Dock, Liverpool’s stunning waterfront, and the Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre. Each of the apartments have been finished to a high standard, offering guests large living areas which include televisions, stereos, free view boxes and DVD players. Kitchens are fully equipped with every convenience including fridge freezers, ovens and hobs, dish washers, and washing machines.

Despite the description, this is not really a 'luxury' apartment. There were stains on the carpet and the quality of the mattress was poor. But the location was good and the amount of space for the price was excellent. It's nice to have your own kitchen to make breakfast/tea/etc.
The customer service was a bit ropey. Checking in took 4 phone calls and checking out another 2. The reception is in a different building to the room where we stayed (not advised in the booking information!) and this was a bit of a pain. We also had to bring the towels from reception to our room because housekeeping forgot to do it. The whole check in process felt less than professional, but for the amount charged, this wasn't entirely unreasonable.

I am afraid I cannot recommend this apartment. It was grubby, there were no towels or loo paper and sheets were un-ironed.

For such a big Apt you need a bigger Tv also would have prefer 4 twin beds cos there were 4 men in the room but with 2 double beds people would refuse it.

Very easy and comfortable - but would be good to get instructions for the air conditioning as it was quite difficult to manage/switch off and a bit noisy during the night.
