A very warm welcome from owner managers who go out of their way to be helpful.In my case the distance to walk to a meeting was checked for me ( directions and time) and the following day breakfast brought forward to facilate my plans.The hotel is spotlessly clean , warm and comfortable. Ideal location within short walk from station and promenade and yet very quiet.

A warm welcome and everything we needed for our comfort. The web-site photos and descriptions were extremely accurate. We were only staying one night, but we would stay there if we visited Blackpool again. The cooked breakfast was delicious - no grease!

Really great/friendly hosts. hotel well situated for attractions.Great Breakfast. Room was small (although did state this at time of booking) would have been more suited to a single than double. Great all in all for value for money.

We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The food (breakfast) was excellent and well presented. The hotel is situated in an ideal location in a quiet street away from the centre but within easy walking distance. There is also a a car park nearby where you can leave your car for 24 hours for a small cost. Will certainly visit again and give it 10/10. Carol and Stewart
