A very warm welcome from owner managers who go out of their way to be helpful. In my case the distance to walk to a meeting was checked for me ( directions and time) and the following day breakfast brought forward to facilate my plans. The hotel is spotlessly clean , warm and comfortable. Ideal location within short walk from station and promenade and yet very quiet. |

A warm welcome and everything we needed for our comfort. The web-site photos and descriptions were extremely accurate. We were only staying one night, but we would stay there if we visited Blackpool again. The cooked breakfast was delicious - no grease! |

Really great/friendly hosts. hotel well situated for attractions.Great Breakfast. Room was small (although did state this at time of booking) would have been more suited to a single than double. Great all in all for value for money. |

We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The food (breakfast) was excellent and well presented. The hotel is situated in an ideal location in a quiet street away from the centre but within easy walking distance. There is also a a car park nearby where you can leave your car for 24 hours for a small cost. Will certainly visit again and give it 10/10. |
