This lovely one-bedroom flat sleeps 2 to 4 people and is located right in the heart of Brighton‚ just off St. James’ St. It's only a minute from the pier and the beach, the bars and clubs, with views of the Steine (central park) and a glimpse of the sea. The main shopping areas of The Lanes, North Laine‚ and Churchill Square are all only minutes away. The Theatre Royal, Komedia Carbaret Bar and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes are within a five minute walk from Steyne Mansions.
The flat is light and airy and has been newly refurbished. It's an absolute delight.
The apartment is on the third floor and looks out over the rooftops. The bay window is an ideal place where you can while away many an hour people-watching as the world goes by beneath you.
the living room & kitchen
This open plan living area is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and washer/dryer. All the necessary cutlery and crockery are provided and you'll find a dining table with four chairs in the bay window. On the other side of the room is a bed-sofa which can sleep two comfortably. There is also a TV/DVD and a Hi-Fi system.
the bedroom
The bedroom has a south-facing window looking out over the rooftops to the sea. It has good sized double bed with a wardrobe and chest of draws as well as blackout blinds for those who need a lie-in. All linen provided for bed and sofabed.
the bathroom
Newly installed, this room is bright and modern with a large shower cubicle. Towels are also provided.

Steine St. is a small street at the bottom of St. James' St. if you are coming by car you cannot turn left onto St. James' St. but immediatley after the lights you can turn left onto a small street which is Steine St. continue straight ahead for 50m until the street takes a 90 degree turn towards the sea. The entrance to the building in on the left in the corner. There is a sign saying 'Steyne Mansions' above the door.

Stayed in this appartment for a weekend in October and was ery impressed throughout. When calling the apartment owner to arange arrrival time he was pleasant and helpful, even more so upon arrival. The appartment itself is excellently located right in the centre of Brighton, ideal for shopping and the great nightlife. As for the interior of the appartment it was extremely well kitted out and had everything that I could have possibly needed, right down to small details such as local maps and information. I would definately recommend this appartment and intend on visiting again sometime soon.

This was excellent value for money and a good location. Better for younger people-I found the stairs hard work with all our bags-very nicely furnished , comfortable and well equipped. The double bed in the lounge is good-I was with my daughter so we had a bed each. Parking is possible at a meter on the seafront and free overnight but be prepared for a walk. Take earplugs-the seagulls are noisy!

A stone's throw from the pier, this was the perfect base to enjoy Brighton's charms on a wonderfully sunny few days in April. A friendly and hospitable owner had added lovely touches like fresh flowers which was much appreciated.
