Facilities
The hotel, due to open in January of 2004, has been designed with details of traditional architecture. The gardens, with their autochthonous and tropical vegetation, were designed with particular care. This tropical paradise, covering 20,000 square metres, has 4 swimming pools (40 metre, salt water pool, children´s pool, heated pool in winter, and fresh water pool). The sun loungers and parasols are available to guests free of charge.
Reception with foreign exchange, customer service center to handle your requests, make bookings for shows and activities outside the hotel. 3 restaurants, 4 bars - including 2 swimming pool bars, the "Mouro" Piano Bar and a saloon bar with entertainment, "La Concha" Cybercorner; car and bicycle hire. "Langre" conference hall with capacity for 120 people (theatre shape) or 85 people (classroom shape); Mataleñas hall for 280 people (classroom) or 600 people (theatre) and Yaiza board room for meetings of up to 20 people. There is also wireless Internet access (WiFi) in almost all the hotel.

A modern thalassotherapy centre, offering treatments under medical supervision, salt water swimming pool, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, massage service, and algae and mud treatments, gymnasium, plus a hairdresser´s and beauty salon to round off the relaxation on offer.
You can arrange all kinds of water activities at our 400 m2 Squalo Diving Centre.

Wellness & Spa:
The thallasotherapy facility covers 3,000 square metres. It has three main areas. The leisure/relaxation area with an active pool and a set of saunas and hammans; the beauty cubicle area; and the massage and treatment cubicle area. It also has a gymnasium.
The facility stands out for its elegance, the careful selection of its building materials, its design, and especially the active pool, which is a collapsed volcanic tube that is partly inside the building and partly outside in the garden, which gives the place a special charm.
