New hotel in great location on Lord Street but still learning as they go. Modern, well decorated rooms but took nearly an hour to run a hot bath. No parking available on site and street parking is a lot cheaper option than the hotel service. Checkout in the morning was very slow. I'm sure they will improve with time.

the hotel was full so no parking left so we had to use a parking meter on the street. There was no proper coffee in the room (decaf only) so we order some it never arrived .....twice. Pay tv broken ordinary tv would not work from the handset. Other wise pleasant./

Very nice hotel. Rooms furnished to a high standard although quite small and views (my room was at the rear of the hotel) are over a particularly messy alley. I must agree with a previous reviewer that the lighting in the rooms is extremely poor. Quite nice for mood lighting, but fairly useless for anything else. The option of additional lighting would be most welcome.
All staff were well turned out, very friendly and efficient. I only stayed for the one night, but would certainly return given the opportunity.

This was a great hotel one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was expensive for what you got but well worth it. The intamacey kit was a lovely gesture but overlooking the pub when it did say over looking Lord Street.

Service in restaurant at breakfast very slow , restaurant floor very dirty and littered with cutlery, papers etc. Staff friendly but not wellmanaged. Faulty tap in bathroom not fixed although reported each day for 3 days. Porter whilst retrieving car in valet parking managed to lock the car with keys inside and engine running and situation only resolved after 2 hours by AA after guest internetion 2 Other guests inconvenienced as calocked car blocked entrance!
