This impressive Victorian guest house with its own private car park is within walking distance of Ilfracombe town, harbour, beaches, restaurants, the theatre and nightlife. We offer you the perfect retreat from life's stresses and strains and a friendly but discreet service. If you are looking for a high quality bed and breakfast, then Sea Breeze House is the one for you! Sea Breeze House offers you comfortable, well appointed bedrooms with en suite facilities. Our guest lounge is intimate and cosy with 2 comfortable leather sofas, where you can watch TV or a DVD or enjoy a game of chess. Our spacious dining room is the ideal place to enjoy an à la carte menu on Friday and Saturday evenings. Antony Worrall Thompson has allowed Sea Breeze House to serve his signature dish "Lamb Shanks" .Lobster or Crab is another speciality dish .(24 hrs notice required) Please advise us if you require dinner on the day of your arrival as everything is freshly prepared to order. N.B We do not consider our establishment suitable for children under 12 years of age.

By car: - Exit junction 27 of the M5 and follow the A361 for Barnstaple. Go straight to Barnstaple where you will see a sign for Ilfracombe. This will take you across a large flyover bridge. - Continue along following signs for Ilfracombe. - On entering Ilfracombe from Mullacott Cross, Sea Breeze House is situated on the left-hand side of the road as you follow the descent into town.

Guest house very central with a 10 minute walk into the town centre or harbour area. Room very clean and spacious. Breakfasts were very good. The hosts were very friendly and gave great advice where to eat out in Ilfracombe and Woolacombe, and also places to visit for spectacular walks. Would definitely stay again.
