Gemini All Suites are located at "Viale Spartaco Lavagnini 42 (black)", only 300 metres from Fortress da Basso (congress and exhibition centre), 1 km from Santa Maria Novella main train station, and from all major important city sights, Uffizi and Academy galleries, Ponte Vecchio, ecc.
Our Suites are the ideal solution both for leisure or business traveller; our strategic position make it comfortable to be reach it by your own car, by taxi if you came from Florence's airport or from train station, however once you get your Suite and do not have your luggage to carry, you can easly walk to downtown within 30 minutes.
We provide luxorius accommodations, 4 Junior Suites and 14 Suites, all Suites are completely renovated on end 2007, are equipped with all modern comforts and private balcony, the double windows sound proof and the location at the fifth floor with elevator make it very quite and your independent privacy during all your stay, possibility to be connected on internet by WI-FI and you can make cheap calls anywhere with
We have limited car parking on inside locked area for 30 Eur per day, (ONLY with reservation), if we cannot confirm parking space do not worry, outside the building you can find lots of public parking spot (public fee needed).
If you feel to be treated as V.I.P. we have settle a special package called "Signature", all booking with the package of "Signature" includes car parking on inside area guaranteed, free internet WI-FI connection, on time forniture of basic food and drinks, dish-washer and washing machine clean products, daily maid service with towels change, ALL above services are included in the room rate if stated "signature" after the word Suite, services cannot be obtained and pay separately (Only car parking can be reserved and paid separately upon availability)

From the main train station of Santa Maria Novella: If you wish to walk you need to take yours left hand side exit of the station, then take Via Nazionale straight on until the end of street which after Piazza Indipendenza will change the name as via Santa Caterina D'Alessandria, at the end you will croos a big avenue which is our street Viale Spartaco Lavagnini, croos the Avenue at the opposit side and turn left, walk up to the 42.number. We suggest you to take taxi if you carry few luggages, taxi ride could cost between 10/15 Eur. With Car: From north take motorway exit FI-NORD follows city centre signs, than check and follow signs for "Fortezza da Basso", after you've pass the castle go straight and you will start running our Avenue Viale Spartaco Lavagnini however you'll be on the side of the unpair number, so proceed to the end and keep your left hand side until piazza Libertà where you can turn back to our Avenue, our entrance is after INTESA bank. From south take motorway exit FI-SUD, follows city centre signs and proceed to all way long bigs avenues until you reach Piazza Libertà, continue to "Fortezza da Basso" and after the square you'll start to run Viale Spartaco Lavagnini, proceed until INTESA bank. From Florence Airport – A. Vespucci: If you rent a car from the airport follow instructions like if you came from north FI-NORD, if not take taxi you'll save time and stress (taxi ride will cost 20 Eur plus little extra charge for luggages) do not ask taxi driver to delivery you by property name but you need to say the name and number of the street.
