A quite unusual hotel but interesting, very spacious; friendly and helpful staff. Some of the sign-posting inside the hotel could be a bit clearer, but there was usually someone around to ask. |

The hotel was fine as a base however not somewhere you would want to stay in and relax. It's ok for staying on business but there is no room service so not great if you're on your own. A bit out of the way so not great for walking into centre of Dublin and out of the way of anywhere in the vicinity. Walking distance from a pub and a Spa shop. May stay there on business again but would prefer to be in the centre. |

I had booked a non smking room and when we checked in we were given a smoking room. When I asked to move I was told by reception that I booked a smoking room and they were -3 so I could not be moved. The room had a very strong smell of smoke. We used the express check out on Sunday morning and when I recieved my bill in the post yesterday I was charged for parking even though I paid it on departure. How else would we have gotten out of the Car Park? Staff were most un friendly and unhelpful. When I asked for a glass of Water at breakfast I was pointed at a table but there were no glasses and no water. It was empty. |

The hotel was OK. Room was clean but let itself down with a couple of small things. There was a body wash dispenser by the bath but no tablets of soap. This made it difficult to wash at the basin. Also there was no TV remote |
