The hotel and the rooms were fine. Its a shame that we were kept awake by the load music all night. When we compained in the morning that we were unable to sleep becuase of the noise, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Do not stay here if you plan to sleep in your room!! |

The room was lovely, the bathroom fantastic. We didn't really get a chance to taste the food, however the breakfast we had was good. I would recommend for a weekend stay. |

Very nice hotel in a very good location . The room was very nice but very small for what I consider to be a 'superior room' & at £160 for a nights stay was extortionate . If the price was to drop to £100 per night. I feel that for value for money the Royal York is far too expensive for what it is . |
