Friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms, nicely decorated, although not sure it would really qualify as a "Boutique Hotel". Enjoyable stay. Nice central location.

When you walk into reception, and then through the restaraunt to your room, the decor was amazing, then to get to your room to find the darkest twin room.. was nothing like the web site.. the 2 single beds had the most awful 'bedspreds' and blankets.... You would expect the hotel trying to make everything up to date and fashionable to have plain duvets...
Dont ask for a room at the front, was like being next to the M25, and every taxi that comes to collect guests, starting at 6am the noise of the gravel was sooooo loud....
Oh be aware there is NO FOOD served on a Sunday night......not even room service...
The breakfast was nice, but im not too sure about the hot mustard sausages for breakfast...
overall i would stay again, but not in the rooms at the front..

The Hotel was fine, there were parts that had not yet been refurbished but overall the rest of the hotel had been to a nice standard. The bedroom was a bit strange though. The only socket on the wall was no where near the mirror, so you could not look in the mirror whilst drying your hair. The mirror was also too high to see into when sitting at the dressing table. The TV did not swivel, so you could not see it when lying in bed. Car parking was a bit tight. Food was good and the staff very friendly.

I arrived late Sunday afternoon and as I was travelling on my own had hoped to have something to eat provided by room service but I was somewhat disappointed to find there are no food options at all on a Sunday evening. I realise this may not be particularly unusual but it would have been helpful to know in advance so I could have brought something with me. I walked around the area and found nothing particularly appealing and ending up buying the makings of a sandwich from the Co-op. So the key for me would have been to know when I was booking that there was no provision for food. However a perfectly pleasant hotel.
