We provide a high-standard service which includes daily cleaning, laundry, and a 24/7 emergency contact. All of our apartments are equipped with under floor heating, individual security alarm system, private safe, colour screen door entry, Satellite TV, fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen crockery and a spacious dining area. Large bedrooms have king size beds, wardrobes and excellent audio-visual equipment. Bathrooms are fully fitted with shower and toilet. Each apartment has wireless Internet broadband, direct telephone line, air conditioner and central heating. Buildings are fully secured with burglar alarm system. Very poor customer service. Also on 3 occasions I was locked inside the apartment's front door to the street and could only leave the block by climbing back up the stairs to the 1st floor, going down the fire escape only to find it locked at street level. They were aware of the faulty lock and lack of signage to use the fire escape but seemed totally disinterested in taking appropriate action to fix the problems.

I arrived at just after 5pm to book-in only to be told that laterooms.com had cancelled my booking!!!!! I don't know who to believe to be honest but suffice it to say I was left with where to stay unless I was prepared to pay £199 per night. I drove home instead and travelled in to London the next day!!!! I will NOT be booking through laterooms.com ever again. The apartments looked very impressive what I saw of them and I will book direct in future. The front desk people were very nice although whether they were at fault or laterooms I will nevr know!

Started off a bit shakily when i arranged to meet someone at 7.30pm and they didnt turn up until gone 9! was very apologetic and told me a friend had been involved in an accident.
Rooms are absolute top quality and the location is very handy for bars and sight seeing etc, really good value for money and I didnt have any issues with noise etc described before
Will definately stay again!

The Apartment that we had was excellent in every way, extremely clean, beautiful furnishings, and the bed was a dream to sleep in even more comfortable than my own bed at home. Customer Service was really excellent- The Ironing board was missing from room and I reported this by telephone within an hour a new ironing board was delivered on another occassion I thought I was locked out of apartment and rang for help but realised I had left the door open and ended my call before I was put through. Within 5 mins I received a call asking was ev erything ok and were returning my call. This was really good service. The Location was great and I was central to everything I needed and much more. I would definately be booking another trip to London and hopefully be able to be accommodated in the apartments. I would stay in the London Let Serviced Apartments every trip from now on. At Last a beautiful place to stay . Well done London Apartments top marks
