Formerly the Premier Travel Inn Altrincham North the Altrincham Lodge offers good quality accommodation if you are working in the area of just visiting friends. With the metro just five minutes for links direct to central Manchester Old Trafford for the Football and Cricket and not forgetting the airport just 4 miles and the motorways just a few minutes drive away the location could not be better. Each room is En Suite and we have a choice of Twin or Double rooms at the same price each night. Breakfast can be pre booked and is taken in the adjoining Pelican public house that provides breakfast lunch and dinner daily.

Breakfast : hotel could not provide full English, limited cereals, fruit juice, quality poor. Hotel just painted and hotel didn't tell us that their would be a smell of the paint which was very evident throughout the time we were in our rooms.

Not a bad hotel, has everything you need. The rooms are adequate and it looks like the communal areas (halls, stairs etc) are currently being decorated. There is an adjoining pub (the Pelican) for food/drink and the hotel is conveniently located a five minute walk from the tram into Manchester.
