From Piccadilly: Turn into Stratton Street and follow it round onto Berkeley Street. Turn right and the hotel entrance is first on the left. From Oxford Street or Bond Street: Head south down New Bond Street, turn right at Bruton Street and the left into Berkeley Square. Head south out of the square down Berkeley Street and the hotel entrance is on the left by the florist. Tube/Metro: Take Piccadilly, Jubillee or Victoria Lines to Green park Station. Exit station and walk down Piccadilly towards The Ritz taking the first left into Berkeley St, you will find the hotel immediately on the right. 1 minute walk from Green Park station.

Unfriendly staff
Had to ring a number of times to confirm the booking.
Had to wait and wait and wait.....
not recommended @ all
The location is not brilliant.
Room with not a pleasant view.
Paid £180 for a night and I feel sorry for myself for spending such amount on such a hotel.
Try to avoid @ all costs.

Despite the hotel being on a great location, it was very disappointing. I suspect that 'lateroom rates' get inferior bedrooms as anyone paying the rack rate would be appalled. The bathroom was small and mouldy and quite tatty. The room was adequate but very tired and old fashioned. There were items from the previous occupant left in the minibar/fridge and when we informed the reception about this on check-out they weren't interested. Two large gin and tonics were £17 which I accept are London prices, but were not served with any enthusiasm, choice of gin not in particularly pleasant surroundings. The proce list slapped in front of us onto the bar in a plastic filing wallet was a particularly nice touch. Not a four star standard at all.
