The hotel was in a good location with easy access to shopping and the metro close by to explore Madrid. The staff were very accomodating and the hotel was clean and modern. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I were to return to Madrid and would recomend it to friends and family. I dont actually have anything bad to say about the hotel. |

This hotel didn't appear to be of 4 Star quality, but the location is great and for the price we paid couldn't complain. Would stay here again just for the great location. |

Hotel was in a great central location right on the Gran via, 100m from the metro station and a short walk from restuarants and shopping areas. Our room 114 was small but served us well, good air conditioning. |
