Good re check-in and check-out times. Pleasant staff and very clean, but perhaps the decor just a little too retro - velvet headboards & cushions. |

When we checked in we were put in a dingy room with no window in the basement, when we asked to be moved we were given a room on the second floor. Whilst having a window, the room was cramped and due to an adjoining door - we could easliy partake in the conversation of the couple in the next room. We complained again and were moved to an acceptable room on the first floor. So, morale of the story, when booking here ask for a room not in the basement and not with an adjoining room! And, there was no saving to be made with late room - £85 p/n is the advertised weekend rate for this hotel. On the positive, hotel is well located for earls court and tube station and on the weekend you may grab a free car parking space on the road outside the hotel. |

Lovely rooms, got upgraded for free, have no idea why but was appreciated. Reasonable price for hotel room, nice and modern rooms with all modcons. Bathroom was lovely, really clean. Water pressure on the shower was poor though. Couldn't fault any part of our stay. Didn't eat in the restaurant so cannot comment but was given complimentary nibbles with our drink. Nice bar although expensive but thats London for you. |

We did not dine at the hotel, as to cut costs. We did not have such a good room as before, this was located in the bowels of the hotel, so no views. Not that the sea is particularly visible from Earls Court !? However, the room was very clean and comfortable. We woud definitely return to this venue. The hotel is well located for the theatre, and other West End attractions. |
