Stayed at hotel for husbands birthday, I was very pregnant so was limited as to what we could do. Husband had massage in Spa, which he was very happy with. I sat round lovely pool. Spa staff very friendly. Restaurant was very high standard & dinner & breakfast were great - very high standard. Hotel in close proximity to Windsor, which is a great city to visit. Would highly recommend hotel All staff very friendly.

This was a beautiful hotel and everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming on arrival. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The Spa was an experience not to be missed, swimming inside to outside when the sun was setting in the evening was amazing. This was an excellent hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Great hotel with superb customer service. Was travelling solo and felt v safe in this hotel. Got a deal at this hotel for £119 b&b which was great value and made it worthwhile, full price is v inflated though.

Absolute disgrace, this Hotel is rated as a 5 star however we arrived to find our bed had obvious signs of spring damage. When we pointed this out to the staff we where offered another room which had 2 beds pushed together to make one. One mattress was soft the other hard making it difficult to lay on.
We could have made do with this however my wife was 5 months pregnant at the time and for the cost of the room we expected to sleep confortably.
Duty Manager seemed to think it was all quite funny!! so we decided to leave.
One good thing was the Food - Excellent.
Unfortunately although we had treatments booked we never were able to use them,
