The first night we were put in a corner room (no 3) which had very little room and was at the front - noisy and needed the window open as it was a humid night. We mentioned this at breakfast and Rita moved us into a larger, quieter room at the back with minimum fuss. She even moved our stuff as we needed to go out that morning. She was really helpful, chatty and informative. Breakfast good. Would come again. It was expensive @ £90/night and closer to a 3/4 star hotel rate but on comparison, Bath is simply pricey wherever you look so we did well at fairly short notice. She also has money off vouchers for restaurants too so pick them up before you go out (we lost out on 25% off at La Strada!) |
