This was an OK hotel/pub on a busy main road but quiet none the less. The room was large and well appointed but breakfast was poor and the food in the pub expensive for what it was. Compared with other hotels I've stayed in, not really great value. |

A good base for exloring the area by car but no local facilities in the evening apart from the pub which is closed on Sunday evenings. The room is surprisingly large with a sofa and an extra bed. We had a quiet and comfortable stay. Some of the fittings were a little worn and the ventilation in the room was a bit restricted - only one small window to the front. |
