The hotel is ideally situated on the main road into Llandudno, easy to find and near enough to the town for us to be able to park the car when we arrived and leave it there. The owners were very friendly and helpful and made ur stay very enjoyable. Unfortunately they had no control over the weather and although I had booked a room with a sea view at extra cost, was unable to see it because the windows were steamed up on the inside and covered in rain on the outside. Despite this it was nice to be able to go to sleep with the sound of the sea, which was just across the road, in my ears. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates the old fashioned courtesies of life, where the paying guest has priority and treated very well. |

An obviously loved and cared for Guest House. A warm welcome, great room with sea view. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but that is the only fault I could find. Looking forward to visiting again. |
