The hotel I thought was quite expensive for the room we stayed in and th bathroom was not very nice it was clean but very old and in need of some repair work, the room was spacious though, the resturaunt was the best part of the hotel although quite and small the food was lovely. |

Typical pub accomodation, absolutely fine. Needs refurbishment, but value for money. |

As there is no night porter we asked the girl at reception how we could get in later on when no one wuld be on duty. She said there was a code to get in with and that it was in the hotel information booklet in our room. When we retuned at 130 am the code would not work.Despite ringing a number for the hotel we could only get an answer machine. We had a funeral to go to the next day and we were cold. The next morning the young man was quick to apologise for us having the wrong code and offered not to charge us.We have not been contacted by the proprietor to offer any apology or compensation. From speaking to locals this is not the first time this has happened. |
