Directions from Heathrow Airport; From the Airport, follow the M4 into Central London, over Hammersmith Flyover and follow the sign posts to Earls Court. All said a lovely location, easy enough to get to although not convenient for public transportation. River view room we had was a bit of a misnomer as we could only make out a small section of the Thames between one other building and the hotel. Very expensive for what is on offer - disappointed with the Starbucks branded mugs in the room and lack of proper tea-making facilities (proper coffee percolator though). It's a nice place to stay but you can get a much better '5 star' experiences for less elsewhere.

We did not eat at the hotel,but location excellent within walking distance to Kings road and all shopping. right at the side of Chelsea design centre . Parking also very convenient and inexpensive

Great quality hotel. There were 4 of us (Myself, my wife and 2 children aged 9 and 6) and the room was more than adequate. Taxi into central london was £15-£20. Parking was reasonable. Quite expensive though. Breakfast was £21 per head but the children ate free. I would stay there again as it was completely hassle free,
