Quality Hotel

this hotel was a nice break. All the staff were friendly and helpful especailly the restaurant staff. Best hotel breakfast we have had in a long while - freshly cooked, hot and loads of choice. My husband enjoyed staying in the hotel that the actor/comidian Tony Hancock spent so much time. There was only on thing that could have been better was the maintenance of the rooms - windows stiff to open/close and handle was off one of the windows, toilet was a little old but clean. We would stay here again especailly to try the restaurant for an evening meal. Thank you to all the staff which made our stay so enjoyable.

Found staff extremely helpful and friendly. hotel is in need of modification. the bedroom was quite old fashioned with a gorgeous cracked washbasin but was very clean. the hotel is in a good location so was generally reasonable value .Breakfast was nice with very efficient staff.

The hotels location was very good for the night life of Bournemouth so thats a plus point. On the flip side, my room was extremley small and was never big enough for twin beds!! The pictures on the hotel's direct website were clearly not of this particular hotel. Overall, although I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel, I would stay again due to the location being so good.

The photos on the website are misleading, our bathroom was not as nice as the one shown.

Need a new lick of paint but a very friendly and clean hotel , will stay a again
